  • - 6 tablespoons of cocoa.

Instructions

Step 1

First you need to melt butter in a water bath. If possible, you can also use a microwave oven for this purpose. After the butter has melted, it must be cooled to room temperature. You cannot add an egg to uncooled butter, as it can instantly curl up and thus spoil the whole dish.

Step 2

1 egg, sugar and cocoa are added to the cooled butter. Mix the whole mass thoroughly. The more cocoa is added to the dish, the more rich in chocolate its taste will turn out. Therefore, the proportions of this product can be safely changed at will. Next, the mass must be put on a slow fire and wait for the appearance of "craters" on its surface. After that, the chocolate can be turned off.

Step 3

In a separate container, break all the cookies into small pieces. But it is advisable not to get carried away so as not to turn it into dust. In this case, you will not get a dessert, but a real chocolate porridge.

Step 4

Chocolate is poured into the crushed cookies, after which the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Put the finished mass on a plastic bag and use it to form a "stick of smoked sausage". The finished dish is put into the freezer for 2-3 hours until solidification, after which it can be cut into portions.
