- • Walnuts - 25 g;
- • Mix for baking - 1 tsp;
- • Seedless grapes - 50 g;
- • Powdered sugar - 50 g;
- • Candied citrus fruits - 15 g;
- • Ground almonds - 100 g;
- • Egg white.

First of all, you need to prepare the dough. To do this, you need to warm up the milk a little. Dilute yeast in it. Then add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour and mix thoroughly. Put the resulting dough in a warm place until it fits.

Then you need to grind the butter with the remaining flour until crumbs form.

Add lemon zest, sugar, salt and baking mixture. Mix again.

Add the egg, nuts and candied fruits to this mixture, pour in the dough and knead the dough. Knead it thoroughly and leave for 30 minutes to fit.

At this time, you can cook marzipan. To do this, mix the powder, almonds and whipped egg white. You should get a dense mass.
