  • • Peasant oil - 25 g;
  • • Granulated sugar - 90 g;

  • • Lemon zest - 1/2 tbsp. l.;
  • • Raisins - 60 g;
  • • Walnuts - 25 g;
  • • Mix for baking - 1 tsp;
  • • Seedless grapes - 50 g;
  • • Powdered sugar - 50 g;
  • • Candied citrus fruits - 15 g;
  • • Ground almonds - 100 g;
  • • Egg white.

First of all, you need to prepare the dough. To do this, you need to warm up the milk a little. Dilute yeast in it. Then add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour and mix thoroughly. Put the resulting dough in a warm place until it fits.
