It is necessary

  • - lean meat (pork, beef, lamb) 1 kg;
  • - onions 3 pcs.;
  • - 4 garlic cloves;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - ground red pepper;
  • - meat broth 0.5 cups;
  • - wheat flour 600 g;
  • - butter 90 g;
  • - dry yeast 1 tbsp. the spoon;
  • - chicken egg 1 pc.;
  • - sour cream 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - kefir 200 ml;
  • - milk 100 ml;
  • - sugar 1 teaspoon;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Mix warm milk with sugar, then dissolve dry yeast in it. When the milk rises and bubbles appear, add the eggs, sour cream and salt. Gradually add the sifted flour and knead the dough. Cover the dough with a towel and leave to rise.

Step 2

Wash the meat, pat dry with a paper towel and chop very finely with a sharp knife. Peel the onion and garlic and pass through a press or meat grinder. Add red and black pepper, salt, a little broth. Stir and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Grease a baking sheet with butter, put the pies. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. First, bake for 7 minutes on the lower shelf. Then pour the broth into the pies and bake on the top shelf for another 10 minutes.

Step 4

Melt the butter and brush generously on the finished pies.
