It is necessary

  • For 2 servings:
  • - 2 chicken breasts;
  • - 3-4 pieces of bread (for bread crumbs);
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 2 tbsp. l. cream or milk;
  • - 60 g of any cheese of your choice;
  • - 5-7 medium-sized potatoes without skin damage;
  • - onion;
  • - 1-2 fresh cucumbers;
  • - unrefined sunflower oil;
  • - a small piece of butter (optional);
  • - salt (to taste);
  • - black and / or allspice (to taste);
  • - any seasoning for poultry;
  • - 2 sprigs of dill;
  • - 1 sprig of parsley (for decoration).

Instructions

Step 1

Place the pieces of bread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and dry in the oven. Cool it down. Break each piece into several small pieces, place in a blender bowl and bread.

Step 2

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them in their "uniform". Drain and cool.

Step 3

Grate the cheese. Wash the egg well. Pour the cream and egg into a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Step 4

Beat the meat slightly, make a small longitudinal cut inside. Sprinkle with seasoning, pepper, salt. Do not forget to look at the composition of the seasoning - it may contain salt and this must be taken into account. Rub it well with your hands, so the meat will marinate faster. Place the cheese inside, dip in a lezone (a mixture of cream and eggs) and season well. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Put the oven to preheat. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Preheat a frying pan, pour in sunflower oil. A small slice of butter can be added to enhance the flavor, but this is optional. Lay out the schnitzels, fry for a minute on each side over medium heat. Transfer the schnitzels to a baking sheet, place in the oven and cook for 8-10 minutes at 180-200 ° C.

Step 6

Peel, chop and save onions (sauté over low heat) in unrefined sunflower oil until tender.

Step 7

Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces. Cut the cucumber into rings. Mix with potatoes and onions. Finely chop the dill, add to the salad, salt and mix. If you wish, you can add a little black and / or allspice pepper to add a spicy touch to the salad.

Step 8

Place the schnitzel and salad on a plate, garnish with parsley. You can serve any sauce of your choice with schnitzel.
