Milk is an ideal breeding ground for microorganisms. It can get pathogenic bacteria that can cause serious illness. To avoid this, milk must be boiled, while dangerous microorganisms die.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare a special aluminum pan with a thick bottom. Use it only for boiling milk, as hot milk absorbs odors from various foods.
Step 2
To prevent the milk from burning, rinse the pan with cold water. This creates a thin film of water and the milk does not come into contact with the sides and bottom of the pot. To avoid scorching the milk, you can put some sugar in it or grease the bottom and sides of the pan with butter.
Step 3
Boil milk over low heat. You need to stand near the stove and stir it periodically. If small bubbles appear on the surface of the milk, watch it very carefully. As soon as the bubbles begin to rise, turn off the heat and remove the saucepan from the stove.
Step 4
To prepare baked milk, boil it, cover with a lid and keep in a warm place for 6-7 hours. Baked milk can be cooked in a multicooker, for this, pour milk into the multicooker and cook it in the "Stew" mode for 6 hours.
Step 5
Observe the rules when cooking condensed milk. Put a can of condensed milk, made in accordance with GOST, in a deep saucepan. Pour cold water into a saucepan, place the dishes on the stove and bring the water to a boil. Then reduce the heat and leave the condensed milk to simmer over low heat for 2 hours.
Step 6
Make sure that the can of condensed milk is completely immersed in water. Top up the pot with hot water if necessary. Do not pour cold water. After 2 hours of cooking, drain the water and let the jar cool.
