Instructions
Step 1
Grease a baking sheet with butter or lay out baking paper (parchment) and make minced cakes. To do this, form medium-sized balls in our hands and put them on a baking sheet. Slightly press down the stacks on top (this will keep the rest of the ingredients better). Do not forget to salt and pepper the meat to taste.
Step 2
Next, cut 2 onion heads into small cubes. Boil 3 eggs. Grate eggs, cheese and raw potatoes separately. We spread on each cake: the first layer is onions, the second layer is eggs, the third is potatoes and the last, respectively, is cheese.
Step 3
To prepare the sauce, mix raw egg yolk, 2 tablespoons in a separate bowl. sunflower oil, 1/3 tsp. mustard and a pinch of salt. Beat with a whisk or mixer at low speed until thickened (the sauce should not be very thick, but not too liquid). Put 1 tablespoon on each stack. sauce (or, optionally, mayonnaise).
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the stacks for 30 minutes. Depending on the preparation, you can add up to 200 degrees. If you still have cheese, you can put another layer on top 10-15 minutes before cooking, so that the cheese has time to melt and acquire a golden brown crust.
