Step 1

Pre-boil the eggs until steep, chop with a blender or grater. Add pepper, dill, finely chopped and mayonnaise. The consistency of the egg-mayonnaise mixture should be similar to sour cream.

Chop the onion up and down into small cubes and sauté in vegetable oil. Remove the peel from the potatoes and rub on a coarse grater. Squeeze out excess juice from the potatoes. Next, take the cheese and grate it. It remains to form stacks on the baking sheet.
