A truly royal salad with caviar and red fish will delight any gourmet. It has a light airy consistency and an unforgettable taste.
It is necessary
- - 200 gr. red fish;
- - 140 gr. red caviar;
- - 1 pack of crab sticks;
- - 300 gr. peeled shrimp;
- - 1 can of capelin roe (better - smoked);
- - 100 gr. cheese;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 2 potatoes;
- - 1 onion;
- - mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Boil potatoes, rub them on a fine grater.
Step 2
Cut the crab sticks into cubes.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and scald with boiling water.
Step 4
Boil the eggs and cut them into cubes.
Step 5
Boil and peel the shrimp.
Step 6
Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 7
Cut the red fish into thin strips.
Step 8
The salad is stacked in layers, each ingredient is coated with sauce (dressing):
1 layer - potatoes;
2nd layer - crab sticks;
3rd layer - onions;
4th layer - eggs;
5th layer - boiled shrimp;
6 layer - grated cheese.
Step 9
At the end, cover the salad with red fish and place a handful of red caviar in the middle.
