Oyster mushrooms with cheese are a mushroom version of French meat. Oyster mushrooms have a characteristic fibrous structure, so these mushrooms are excellent substitutes for meat in a vegetarian version of the dish.
It is necessary
- - 300 grams of oyster mushrooms;
- - 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
- - 1 medium onion;
- - 150 grams of hard cheese;
- - 2 tbsp. vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Go through and clean the oyster mushrooms, cut off the legs. Wash them under running water and dry them.
Step 2
Cut the mushrooms into small slices, salt and pepper. Lubricate them on all sides with mayonnaise and place in a container in one layer (you can add chopped dill or salad if you wish).
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and place it over the oyster mushrooms. If there are still mushrooms left, add another layer and sprinkle with onions again. Marinate the mixture for several hours. Note that there are different ways to do the onion coating and layer shaping, add a little creativity to your recipe.
Step 4
Coat the mold with refined vegetable oil. Lay out the pickled onions. Place the pickled mushrooms on top in one layer.
Step 5
Grate hard cheese. And sprinkle them with mushrooms on top.
Step 6
Preheat the oven well, place the dish on it. Bake at 160 degrees for thirty minutes.
Step 7
You can serve oyster mushrooms under cheese both hot and cold, this will not in the least affect their taste.
