Shrimp with olives, feta cheese and tomatoes can be a great dinner dish. Tomatoes and salted cheese with olives make a great combination. This dish remains delicious even the next day.
It is necessary
- - 2 onions;
- - 4 cloves of garlic;
- - 4 tbsp. l. olive oil;
- - 3 tbsp. l. white wine;
- - 400 grams of canned tomatoes;
- - 1 tsp. oregano sushi;
- - juice and zest of one lemon;
- - salt and pepper to taste;
- - 400 grams of shrimp;
- - 2 tbsp. l. chopped olives;
- - 150 grams of feta cheese;
- - 3 tbsp. l. parsley;
- - 2 tsp tomato paste;
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and wash the onion and garlic. Chop the onion, chop the garlic.
Step 2
Pour olive oil into a skillet, heat it over medium heat. Saute the onion for 5 minutes, until tender. Then add the garlic and fry for about a minute.
Step 3
Pour white wine into the mixture and simmer for 3 minutes. Add canned tomatoes, tomato paste and lemon zest. Season everything with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, lay out the prepared shrimp in one layer.
Step 4
Cut the olives and feta into cubes and add these ingredients to the dish. Combine bread crumbs with olive oil. Sprinkle the dish on top.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to two hundred degrees, put the pan in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. When the dish is ready, pour lemon juice over it and garnish with parsley leaves.
