Even if a woman knows how to cook only a couple of soups, nothing prevents her from periodically adding new ingredients to already familiar recipes. For example, you can put salmon fillets in your regular potato soup.

- - 6 potatoes
- - 200 gr smoked salmon fillet
- - 4 cups meat broth
- - 2 onions
- - 1 carrot
- - 100 grams of smoked bacon
- - 4 tablespoons sour cream
- - black pepper
- - dill

Step 1
Peel the onion and chop finely.
Step 2
We wash the carrots, peel and cut into strips.
Step 3
We take lard and cut into slices, then fry.
Step 4
Add carrots and onions to the bacon. We continue to fry for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Pour in the broth and bring to a boil.
Step 6
Wash potatoes, peel and cut into cubes. Add the potatoes to the broth and continue to cook for 10-15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
Remove from heat, then cut salmon fillets into slices and put in broth.
Step 8
Add sour cream and decorate the resulting soup with dill.
