Who said that soup must be eaten from plates? Bowls? No matter how it is! Try an innovative recipe - potato soup in bread.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of potatoes;
- - 100 g of fresh mushrooms;
- - 1 head of onion;
- - 50 g flour;
- - 200 g sour cream;
- - greens;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt;
- - ghee;
- - small round loaves of bread (one per serving).
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut it into small cubes, fill with water. Add a whole onion there and cook until the potatoes are half cooked.
Step 2
Rinse and chop the mushrooms finely. Add them to potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes. The onion head is no longer needed, so you can take it out.
Step 3
Mix sour cream with flour, add it to the soup. Stir constantly and cook until the potatoes are completely cooked.
Step 4
Let's start making “dishes”. Cut off the tops from the loaves and remove the soft part. As a result, walls of sufficient thickness should remain from the bread. Do not throw away the tops themselves, we will need them.
Step 5
Pour the soup into the bread "bowls" you just prepared. Place a piece of ghee in each bowl and cover with the cut tops. By this time, your oven should be preheated to 200 degrees. Place the makeshift bowls in the oven and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 6
The soup should be served hot. When serving, you can decorate it by sprinkling with chopped herbs.
