Nutrition is necessary for both living organisms and technical devices. Of course, it is organized in the first and second in completely different ways. There is only one thing in common: thanks to nutrition, both of them receive energy.

Instructions

Step 1

Living organisms eat foods that contain not only energy carriers, but also substances that are a kind of building materials. They are divided into three large groups: proteins, fats, carbohydrates. In addition, a living organism also needs small amounts of vitamins and minerals.

Step 2

A growing organism gradually increases in size due to nutrition. After the growth period ends, part of the nutrients is spent on energy, and the other part on tissue regeneration.

Step 3

Nutrition should be balanced. All nutrients must enter the body in certain quantities, as well as in certain proportions between these quantities. Otherwise, a number of diseases can develop, including obesity. Sometimes you have to follow a diet, excluding certain foods.

Food must be of good quality to avoid poisoning.

Step 4

Animal food differs from vegetable food in a greater concentration of energy. But abuse of it harms the body. In some diets, it is canceled in whole or in part, but this is also not useful for everyone.

Step 5

Technical devices need power only to obtain energy. Indeed, in the process of work, they do not grow, and the regeneration of any components in them also does not occur. If any of the parts wears out, they simply replace it, but this has nothing to do with power. However, there are also exceptions to this rule, for example, when using fuel additives that can prevent wear of some engine parts and restore them.

Step 6

Power supply of technical devices must also be of good quality. If we are talking about electricity, the voltage should be sufficiently stable, without dips, surges and interference, and if it is about fuel, then it is necessary to exclude the presence of a number of impurities harmful to the engine.
