Step 1
Rub the margarine on a coarse grater or soften it in advance at room temperature and add to a bowl. We break two eggs, add cottage cheese and start mixing the resulting mass with our hands. Combine the baking powder with flour and add to the curd composition. Knead the dough so that it sticks a little to your hands.

When the dough takes shape, but remains soft, leave it to "dry" in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can start sculpting cookies right away by dipping each ball in a little flour.
Step 3
We take out the chilled dough and roll a long "sausage" out of it. We divide into equal small parts. We start rolling balls. We press the resulting spheres with our hands, forming circles on granulated sugar, which we sprinkle on the table.
Step 4
We turn the circle so that the other side is also powdered. We bend the circle first in half, and then again. It turns out a nice "hat". We carry out similar procedures with the whole batch.
Step 5
Put the finished cookies on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
