- salt - a pinch.

All ingredients are placed in a saucepan and put on fire. Bring to a boil with constant stirring.

At the second stage of making choux pastry, you will need:

- white wheat flour of the highest grade - 150 grams;

- raw chicken eggs - 5 pieces.

When the contents of the saucepan begin to boil, reduce the heat to low. Stir quickly and gradually add all the flour. There should be no lumps. Now you need other dishes (preferably porcelain). The dough is transferred into it to continue kneading.
