This dessert will not leave indifferent either children or adults. It is very easy to prepare and looks spectacular!
It is necessary
- For the cream:
- - 180 ml 33% cream
- - 450 g sour cream
- - 180 g sugar
- For the meringue:
- - 5 egg whites
- - 100 g sugar
- - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- For decoration:
- - 200 g strawberries
Instructions
Step 1
First, we make meringues. It is very easy to prepare. Beat the whites with sugar until a white thick foam and, stirring, add a teaspoon of lemon juice there. Mix everything well.
Step 2
Put the meringues on a lightly oiled baking sheet and dry in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 1, 5-2 hours.
Step 3
Preparing the cream. Beat the cooled cream with a mixer with sugar until a homogeneous thick mass is obtained. Then, slowly, stirring with a spoon, add sour cream to the resulting mixture. Gently mix everything and put in the refrigerator for 30-50 minutes.
Step 4
We take a glass for a cocktail and distribute slices of fresh strawberries along the bottom, put the finished meringue on top and spread our cream with a spoon. We perform this procedure several times so that there are several layers of strawberries, meringues and cream in the glass.
Step 5
Decorate the top of our dessert with the remaining cream and strawberry wedges. We put in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
