Tropical ice cream cake will appeal to all lovers of exotic fruits and ice cream. This cake looks very festive, it is eaten quickly. To prepare it, you need to take a can of a canned fruit cocktail.

It is necessary

  • - 400 g of tropical fruit cocktail;
  • - 250 ml cream 35% fat;
  • - 200 g of sugar;
  • - 200 g sour cream;
  • - 150 g of chocolate;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - coconut flakes.

Instructions

Step 1

Divide a tropical cocktail from a can into two parts, put 3/4 of the parts without syrup in a blender bowl. Chop until puree.

Step 2

Separate the yolks from the whites. Whisk the whites with the sugar until stable peaks form. Whisk the chilled heavy cream in a separate bowl. Using a spatula, mix gently with the whipped egg whites. Add the fruit puree and tropical fruit pieces that are still intact to the mixture.

Step 3

Put the creamy fruit mass in a mold, cover with cling film, put in the freezer overnight.

Step 4

Melt half of the chocolate in a water bath, cool, whisk along with sour cream. Rub the remaining chocolate on a fine grater, mix with coconut flakes (take it at your discretion).

Step 5

Dip the cake pan in hot water for a couple of seconds, tip it onto a dish, remove the pan, coat with chocolate sour cream. Sprinkle with grated coconut chocolate on top. Put the dessert in the freezer for another 2 hours. After that, the finished tropical ice cream cake can be served.
