Step 1
Cooking buttery biscuit dough. Beat the softened butter with sugar until a white foam appears. Further, without ceasing to beat, we introduce into the resulting mass the yolks separated from the proteins.

Separately, in a deep container, beat the cooled proteins and add 1/2 part to our butter mass.
Step 3
Mix the second part of the whipped yolks with starch, flour and slowly add the dough to the oil mixture.

Divide the dough into three cakes and bake them in turn at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.

Cool the finished cakes and put jam or jam on them.

We also coat the sides of the biscuit and the top layer with jam or fruit jelly.
