    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice.

Step 1

Rinse 300 g of rice in several waters until the drained water is clear.

Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Place the washed rice in boiling water. Bring it to a boil, reduce heat, and cook rice until tender. Season with salt to taste during cooking.
