The recipe for beshbarmak is the most famous in Central Asian cuisine. Beshbarmak is considered a traditional dish for many nomadic peoples. It is very satisfying and easy to prepare. We offer a Kyrgyz recipe for beshbarmak.
It is necessary
- - 400 g of lamb;
- - 1 onion;
- - black pepper, red pepper;
- - salt;
- - dough for beshbarmak to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the lamb, cut into large pieces, boil until tender with the addition of pepper and salt to taste.

Cool the cooked meat, cut into thin slices 5 cm long, 0.5 cm wide.
Step 3
Roll out the unleavened dough thinly, cut into rectangles, boil in lamb broth.
Step 4
Peel the onion, cut into rings, simmer in the broth.
Step 5
Mix lamb with dough pieces, onion, salt and pepper.
Step 6
Serve the ready-made Kyrgyz-style beshbarmak along with the remaining broth - pour it into bowls.

Beshbarmak dough recipe: the dough is prepared as for dumplings. It must be rolled very thinly. Knead the dough out of 2 glasses of flour, 1 egg, a glass of water, a pinch of salt.
