Step 1
Put the kettle on before starting work, as the dish cooks very quickly. Fry the chopped onion in hot vegetable oil. Wash and cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Add chopped tomatoes to the onion.

Cut the white loaf into cubes. The cubes should be the size of the tomato cubes. Add the bread to the pan and mix everything thoroughly. While the mixture is browning a little, beat the eggs with a mixer, season with salt and pour over the lightly browned mixture.
