You will need:

  • Adyghe cheese - 200 gr
  • Nori seaweed - 6 sheets
  • Flour - 4 tbsp. l.
  • Water - 6 tablespoons
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Spices: asafoetida, hop-suneli, black pepper - to taste.

First, cut the Adyghe cheese into rectangular cubes about 1.5 centimeters wide. Then cut the nori seaweed into strips. The width of one strip of nori should correspond to the length of the cheese block.

Pour purified water into a deep cup. Moisten each strip of nori seaweed with this water to soften it. Wrap all the Adyghe cheese cubes in nori seaweed.

Then prepare the batter for frying the "fish". To do this, pour 6 tablespoons of water into a deep bowl, add 5 tablespoons of flour, spices: asafoetida, hops-suneli, black pepper. Salt and stir the mixture thoroughly until thick sour cream.
