Not only vegetarians will love this dish! It is very gentle, unusual and useful. It is not necessary to fry such a "fish", this is the whole zest and benefits of this recipe. This taste will definitely not leave you indifferent!
It is necessary
- Nori seaweed - 4 leaves;
- Adyghe cheese - 200 gr;
- Cold pressed vegetable oil;
- Spices: hops-suneli, black pepper, ground coriander;
- Salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the Adyghe cheese into long, narrow cubes. Pour vegetable oil into a deep bowl. It is better to use cold-pressed oil - it's good! For example, camelina or mustard oil - they are the cheapest.
Step 2
Add spices and salt to vegetable oil. You can put a lot of spices in order for the dish to be aromatic and tasty. Coriander, black pepper and suneli hops are natural spices, so there will be no harm from them. Add salt. Stir in the oil and spices until the salt dissolves.
Step 3
Place sliced Adyghe cheese and marinate in oil with spices for 10 minutes. For the butter to be absorbed, it must practically hide the cheese sticks.
Step 4
Cut dry nori seaweed into strips with scissors. The width of the nori strip should match the length of the sliced cheese.
Step 5
Pour clean water into a deep bowl. Dip each nori strip in water to soften the strip. Wrap each cheese wrap in butter in seaweed. Then dip the resulting "fish" in oil with spices again and put on a plate. Pour the remaining oil over all the sticks. Place on plates with garnish.
