- 600 g of beef pulp;
- 3 carrots;
- 2 onions;
- 2 leek onions;
- 1 celery root (small);
- 8 potatoes;
- 6 juniper berries;
- 1 bay leaf;
- 3 pcs. dry cloves;

Chop the carrots into strips, sprinkle with salt and mix with the meat, add red pepper, chopped garlic, soy sauce, mix and leave for two to three hours.
Step 2
Boiled meat with pears Boil the meat in salted water, cut the boiled meat into cubes, peel the pears and seeds, cut the flesh into circles. Fry the flour in a pan until golden brown, add warm milk and keep on low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, add beef cubes and pear mugs, season with salt, sauce and bake in the oven for five to ten minutes at 200 ° C.

Boiled meat with spices Wash a piece of pulp, bring water to a boil, salt, put meat in it, add bay leaf, juniper berries, cloves. Reduce heat and simmer for an hour, covered. Twenty minutes before the end of cooking, put whole peeled potatoes, coarsely chopped onions and carrots into a saucepan.
