Homemade muffins are the perfect dessert for any occasion. They are very easy to prepare, and if served directly from the oven, no guest can refuse a fragrant delicacy.

- Ingredients for 24 muffins:
- - 250 ml of milk;
- - 250 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 250 g of sugar;
- - 4 eggs;
- - a tablespoon with a slide of any instant coffee;
- - 315 g flour for cakes;
- - half a sachet of baking powder (heaped teaspoon).

Step 1
Heat the milk a little in a saucepan and dissolve the coffee in it, set it aside.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with sugar to get an airy and bulky mass. Slowly pour in milk and vegetable oil, mix gently. Add the sifted flour with baking powder and mix well all the ingredients into a homogeneous dough.
Step 3
Put paper molds in the cupcake mold and fill them halfway with dough. We bake in an oven preheated to 200C for 10-15 minutes. You can check the doneness of your coffee muffins with a wooden toothpick.
