Pancakes with apples, cinnamon and maple syrup make a good breakfast. You can add a little applesauce to the pancake batter if you like to add flavor to the pancakes.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 230 wheat flour;
- - 300 ml of milk;
- - 3 apples;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of brown sugar;
- - 2 teaspoons of baking powder;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- - 2 teaspoons of cinnamon;
- - 1 chicken egg;
- - a pinch of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix together baking powder, flour, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar and salt in a large, convenient container.
Step 2
Add the egg, pour in the milk, mix, let stand at room temperature (20 minutes).
Step 3
Add 2 tbsp to the dough. tablespoons of melted butter, mix, use 50 ml of dough for one pancake.
Step 4
Fry the pancakes in a dry hot skillet (preferably a pancake maker), about a minute on each side. Fold in a stack.
Step 5
Prepare the sauce. Wash apples, peel, core, cut into wedges.
Step 6
Mix in a thick-bottomed bowl 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter and the same amount of brown sugar, add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Add apples, simmer for 10 minutes, apples should be soft.
Step 7
