Instructions
Step 1
Pour the water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Rinse the veal thoroughly and place in boiling water. Remove the skin from the leg and place it in the pan with the veal. Separate the chicken from the bones and set aside.
Step 2
Bring the meat to a boil, remove the foam, salt and cook for 1 hour. Peel the vegetables, cut the carrots into strips, chop the onion, and cut the potatoes into cubes. Chop the cabbage finely. Wash the mushrooms, peel and cut into slices. Peel and chop the tomatoes.
Step 3
Peel the cucumbers and chop finely. Cut the smoked legs and salami into cubes. Peel and chop the garlic. Remove the cooked veal from the broth and cool. Then cut into small pieces.
Step 4
Strain the broth, add water, bring to a boil, lower the cabbage and cook until tender. In a frying pan, fry the onions with carrots, then mushrooms in the same oil. Add onions, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, mushrooms and cucumbers to a saucepan with cabbage. Cook until potatoes are tender. 5 minutes before cooking, put chicken, salami, veal in the hodgepodge. Let the hodgepodge brew under the lid for 20 minutes.
