Step 1
Grease a small dish with melted butter or line with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

Boil cornmeal with boiling water. Add the remaining softened butter and sugar to it. Beat with a blender until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, stir again.
Step 4
Separately sift the wheat flour with salt and baking powder and combine with the rest of the ingredients in two steps, alternating with milk.
Step 5
Put the caramelized apples in a prepared dish and pour over the dough. Send to a preheated oven for 40 minutes. Leave the finished cake in the pan for 5 minutes and only then turn it on a plate.
