    • 100 g of emmental cheese;
    • 200 g apples;
    • vegetable oil;

Step 1

Use the simplest method - extinguishing. To do this, take a gutted chicken carcass, divide it into parts - wings, legs, separate the breast meat. Instead, you can buy a pre-cut poultry, for example if you only like chicken legs. Remove the skin. Place the chicken pieces in a greased, high-sided baking dish.

Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skins, then chop them finely and add to the chicken. Peel the apples, core them and cut into plastics. Place in the same container with the rest of the food. Chop the onion in half rings. If desired, you can put a few cloves of garlic. Mix everything.

Add some braising water to the chicken dish, salt and pepper. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for an hour. Remove the baking dish 10 minutes before cooking and sprinkle the grated cheese on the chicken.

The chicken can be fried before baking. To do this, heat vegetable oil in a pan and cook poultry meat in it for 5 minutes on each side.
