 - ginger beer - 2 glasses;
 - mustard - 1 tbsp the spoon;
 - salt - 1 tsp;
 - pepper - 1 tsp.
 - For the third recipe:
 - rabbit meat - 500 g;
 - salt to taste;
 - pepper to taste;
 - olive oil - 2 tablespoons spoons;
 - onions - 3 pcs;
 - tomatoes - 3 pcs;

Instructions
Step 1
To cook a roast, cut 1 kilogram of rabbit meat into small pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon butter and the same amount of olive oil in a deep skillet. Fry the rabbit until golden brown, then pour in 100 grams of orange juice, 40 grams of cherry liqueur and 150 grams of beef broth.
Step 2
Add 1 teaspoon of thyme, 3 tablespoons of lemon zest to the meat, cover the pan and simmer for about 50 minutes over low heat. 5 minutes before cooking, put 1 peeled orange, cut into thin slices. Serve the finished dish with rice.
Step 3
Make the ginger bunny. To do this, wash 3 red apples, core them and cut into slices. Peel 2 onions and chop into large cubes. Cut the carrots into slices. Put a layer of apples in a saucepan, then onions and carrots. Sprinkle each layer with 1 tablespoon of ground ginger.

Place 4 hams of rabbit on top of the vegetables and cover them with a mixture made from 2 cups of ginger beer, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 1 teaspoon of salt and the same amount of pepper. To cook rabbit meat in the oven, cut 500 grams of meat into large pieces, sprinkle them with salt and pepper to taste. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a hot frying pan and fry the rabbit meat on it until golden brown.
Step 6
Place the fried meat in a baking dish, and on top place 3 onions, cut into wide rings. Pour boiling water over three tomatoes and cut them into cubes, after removing the seeds. Use a blender to combine them with 1 cup sour cream and salt to taste. Pour rabbit meat with the prepared sauce and place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
