    • Rabbit meat - 250 g
    • Rice - 1 tbsp
    • Bulb onion - 1 pc.
    • Celery root - 1 piece
    • Carrots - 1 piece
    • Tomato - 1 piece
    • Garlic - 2-3 cloves
    • Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
    • Butter 30 g
    • Water - 0.5 l
    • Vinegar - ½ tsp
    • Salt to taste

Step 1

Cut the rabbit fillet into arbitrary small pieces, cover with water and vinegar and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours. Then fry in a mixture of butter and vegetable oils until golden brown. Add a little water and simmer until cooked through.

Finely chop the onion, coarsely grate the carrots or cut into strips, finely chop the celery root. Saute vegetables in a skillet in vegetable oil.
