Even a novice housewife can cook a pie in an ordinary microwave oven. At the same time, very little time is required for baking. And the pie will turn out no worse than baked in the oven.

It is necessary

    • For the test:
    • - 150 g butter or margarine for baking;
    • - 150 g wheat flour;
    • - 150 g of sugar;
    • - 3 eggs;
    • - 3 tbsp. spoons of milk;
    • - 0.5 teaspoons of baking soda or baking powder;
    • - 0.5 tsp vanillin.
    • For filling:
    • - 5 medium apples;
    • - 80 g of raisins;
    • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
    • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice;
    • - 100 g of sugar;
    • - 0.5 tsp of cinnamon.
    • For fondant:
    • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
    • –100 g flour;
    • - 50 g of icing sugar;
    • - 0.5 teaspoons of nutmeg.

Instructions

Step 1

Mash melted margarine or butter and sugar until white. Whisk eggs in a separate bowl. Add baking soda or baking powder, vanillin, milk, beaten eggs to the sugar-margarine mass and stir. Gradually add the sifted flour in small portions and mix thoroughly.

Step 2

Prepare your utensils for microwave baking. It is advisable to use a glass or silicone round shape with high sides. The dough should only be half full, as the pie rises well during cooking. Line the bottom of the dish with baking parchment paper or brush with a little vegetable oil. Pour the finished dough into a baking dish and bake in the microwave for about 5 to 7 minutes at maximum power.

Step 3

Choose juicy, unripe apples with firm pulp. Wash and peel them, core them with seeds, cut them into small pieces and sprinkle them immediately with lemon juice to keep them from darkening. Rinse the raisins and dry thoroughly. Combine apple slices with sifted flour, sugar, raisins and cinnamon. Spread the apple filling over the microwave-baked crust.

Step 4

Prepare the fondant. Combine melted butter, flour, powdered sugar and ground nutmeg. Cover the stuffed pie with cooked sweet fudge evenly. Microwave the pie pan on maximum power for another 7 to 8 minutes.

Step 5

Do not overdo the dough in the microwave, otherwise the cake will turn out to be dry and will resemble cookies in consistency. Leave the cake in the pan to cool until warm. Then carefully transfer the finished apple pie onto a platter, garnish with whipped cream if desired, cut into portions and serve with tea, coffee or cocoa.
