These days, the microwave has become an essential feature in almost any kitchen. It became a matter of a minute to warm up something or cook sausages. But, which is not unimportant, you can cook independent dishes in the microwave, for example, cakes and muffins.
It is necessary
-
- 1 mug (microwave safe) 1 liter
- Flour 4 tablespoons
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
- Egg 1pc.
- Milk 3 tbsp
- Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
- Vanilla pinch
- Soda (extinguish with vinegar) 1/3 tsp
- Cocoa 2 tablespoons
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare a container, preferably a Teflon one, but if there is none, then just grease the container with oil a little more. Well, forget both when choosing a container and that it is convenient to take it out. Also remember that it should not be very flat, or the cake may "run away". The larger the diameter of the container, the thinner the dough layer will turn out - accordingly, and the cooking time will decrease. Lubricate the container with vegetable or butter. It is also best to sprinkle the bottom and sides of the bowl with flour to prevent the cake from sticking.
Step 2
Add all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa) to the container and stir well with a fork. Add the egg and mix well again. Pour in milk, butter, vanilla and vinegar-slaked soda. Not too much dough. Don't worry, it will expand as you cook and take up the entire container.
Step 3
Place the container in the microwave for 3 minutes at 1000 watts or 4 minutes at 850 watts. Remember that microwave baked goods turn out to be pale, so it is better to add cocoa (chocolate), orange peel or a ready-made biscuit with icing to the dough.
Step 4
You can decorate the resulting cupcake as you like. Show your imagination! You can pour over the finished cake with syrup, whipped cream, frosting, sprinkle with sugar or coconut, garnish with cherries, or simply eat straight from the bowl. You can also cut the cupcake and coat it with cream.
Step 5
The cupcake is ready. Enjoy your tea!
