- 375 ml of water;
- 25 g butter;
- 1 packet of dry yeast;

- 1 tsp salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Bread with raisins Pour milk into a microwave oven, add sugar, yeast to the milk, put in the microwave, heat for 1 minute at maximum power to dissolve the sugar, remove from the oven. Pour 500 g of flour through a sieve into warm milk, stir until smooth, cover and microwave for another 1 minute.
Step 2
Melt the butter, wash the eggs, break into a bowl, mix with salt and butter, add the butter and egg mixture to the main dough. Stir, close the lid, microwave for 20 seconds at medium power setting to double the dough in volume.
Step 3
Transfer the dough to a cutting board. Rinse and dry the raisins, add to the dough, knead thoroughly, add more flour, if necessary, so that the dough does not stick to your hands. Divide the dough into three equal parts, roll each part into a plait, weave a pigtail from the plaits.
Step 4
Grease microwave ovenware, put a pigtail there, close the lid, put in the oven for 30 seconds at medium power setting, remove the dough pan from the oven, leave at room temperature for 5 minutes to expand. Place the dough pan back in the microwave, close the lid, bake for 6 minutes at medium power. Change the power setting to maximum without opening the door and bake for another 6 minutes.
Step 5
Gray bread Mix both flour and icing sugar. Grind the mixture with butter, mix with yeast. Heat the water for 15 seconds at maximum power, pour into the flour until a soft dough is obtained, place on a cutting board until smooth and elastic.
Step 6
Transfer the dough to a bowl, cover, put in the oven for 15 seconds at maximum power, leave for 10 minutes, heat again, repeat 2-3 times until the dough rises and increases in volume 2-3 times. Knead the dough again, transfer to a greased drip pan, heat for 15 seconds at maximum power, brush with milk and bake for 12-18 minutes at medium power and preferably with the grill on.
