It is necessary
- For one biscuit cake:
- Milk 5 tbsp. l;
- Flour 3 tbsp. l;
- Egg 1 pc;
- vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l;
- vanilla sugar (for white crust) 10 g;
- Cocoa (for dark biscuit) 2 tbsp. l;
- Sugar 4 tbsp;
- Baking powder 1 tsp;
- Starch 1 tbsp. l.
- For impregnating cakes:
- Pitted cherries (you can take canned ones) - 300 g;
- Sour cream - 200 g;
- Chocolate bar (for sprinkling).
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the egg with sugar and shake well with a fork. Add milk and butter to the egg-sugar mixture and beat with a fork as well. Combine starch, flour, vanillin (cocoa, if the cake is chocolate), baking powder. Combine the liquid and dry mixture and knead the dough. The dough should turn out to be liquid.
Step 2
Take a cake pan (preferably silicone), line the parchment and pour the batter into the mold. Bake the cake in the microwave for 3 minutes at 1000W.
Step 3
Remove the finished cake from the microwave and, running along the edge of the cake with a knife, turn the biscuit onto the dish.
Step 4
To prepare the cream, beat the sour cream with sugar and coat all the cakes. Decorate the cake with grated chocolate.
