Recipe for pies with cottage cheese
To bake pies with cottage cheese in the microwave, you need to take the following products:
For the test:
- 300 g flour;
- 100 ml of water;
- 1 tsp lemon juice;
- 150 g butter;
- 1 egg;
- ¼ h. L. soda;
- salt.
For filling:
- 100 g of cottage cheese;
- 1 egg;
- 1 tbsp. l. granulated sugar;
- 1 tsp flour;
- vanilla;
- salt.
Sift flour and knead a dough of 200 grams of flour, water, pre-beaten egg, lemon juice and salt. Knead the dough thoroughly and let stand for 20 minutes in a warm place.
Then roll out the finished dough into a 1 centimeter thick layer. Put softened butter mixed with flour in the middle of the layer. Spread this mass over the entire surface of the layer and pinch the dough so that the butter is in the "envelope". After that, carefully roll the layer with a rolling pin to a thickness of 1 centimeter, fold it in four and keep it in the cold for half an hour.
Roll the chilled dough again into a centimeter thick layer and soak again in the cold for 30 minutes. Repeat the procedure one more time.
Prepare the filling. To do this, rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Add granulated sugar, flour, vanillin and salt on the tip of a knife. Stir the filling until smooth.
Roll out the cooked puff pastry into a 0.5 cm thick layer and cut into squares. Put the filling in the middle of each square, fold the edges so that you get triangles, and press.
Line a flat microwave ovenware with oiled parchment and place the patties on top. Place in microwave and bake for 7-8 minutes at 100% power. Let the finished pies stand for 10 minutes, then serve.
Mushroom Pies Recipe
To make pies from unleavened butter dough with mushroom filling, you will need:
For the test:
- 4 glasses of flour;
- 4 tsp granulated sugar;
- 100-200 g of butter or margarine;
- 1 egg;
- 12 tbsp. l. water;
- ½ tsp. salt;
- ½ tsp. soda;
- lemon acid.
For filling:
- 100 g of dried mushrooms;
- 3 tbsp. l. butter;
- 2 onions;
- 1 tsp flour;
- ground black pepper;
- salt.
Make a bland pastry. To do this, soften butter or margarine until plastic. Dissolve salt and citric acid in water separately. Add the egg to the solution and mix well. Then, pouring in small portions, combine the mixture with softened butter / margarine. Finally, add the flour mixed with baking soda. Knead the dough very quickly, since soda, in combination with acids, forms carbon dioxide, which evaporates with prolonged kneading, and the pies will slightly increase in volume during baking.
Prepare the filling. Rinse the dried mushrooms, put in a saucepan, cover with boiling water and cook in the microwave for 3-4 minutes at 100% power. Let the prepared mushrooms stand for 10 minutes.
Then rinse the boiled mushrooms with cold water and pass through a meat grinder. Peel the onions, chop finely and fry in butter for 2-3 minutes. Then mix the onion with the mushroom minced meat, add flour, salt and ground pepper. Mix everything well.
Roll out the finished dough into a layer 0.5 centimeters thick and cut into circles with a glass. Place the mushroom filling in the middle of each, join the edges and pinch.
Place the patties on a flat dish covered with oiled parchment and bake in the microwave for 7-8 minutes at 100% power. Then let the finished pies stand for 10 minutes.
