  • - 2 eggs

  • - 4-5 tbsp. natural yogurt or kefir
  • - 3 tbsp. Sahara
  • - 1, 5 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • - 0.5 tsp soda
  • - 1 packet of vanillin

Step 1

Mix eggs with sugar and vanilla in a cup. It is enough to lightly mix with a whisk and that's it. Add yogurt or kefir and vegetable oil to the eggs. Mix everything just as carefully.

Step 2

Add cornmeal a little bit to the liquid ingredients and knead the batter. It should fall off the spoon like sour cream. You can already add slaked soda to it.

Step 3

Transfer half of the finished dough to another container and add cocoa to it and mix everything. One cup will make a white vanilla dough. Another cup contains chocolate dough.

Step 4

You need to find a plate that you can put in the microwave. Lubricate it with a little oil. Put the white and chocolate dough into it alternately with a tablespoon. Add each spoonful of dough exactly on top of the existing one, so that there are dark and light layers.

Step 5

When all the dough is laid out on a plate, you can take a toothpick or a match, dip one end of it into the dough and draw chaotic patterns so that the dough mixes slightly with each other. This will create interesting black and white patterns.

Step 6

Bake the pie in the microwave on the highest power for about 5-8 minutes, sometimes checking the readiness of the dough with a match.
