Step 1
Take sturgeon fillet without cartilage and skin. Cut the fish into portions.

Peel the onion, fry the tomatoes a little in oil.

Boil pasta, fry in butter, sprinkle with grated cheese.

Put the fish on plates, salt the remaining sauce from it, add oil, lemon juice, tomato sauce to it.
