Fish croquettes with green beans

You will need:

- cod fillet - 500 g;

- soy sauce - 3 tbsp. l;

- pepper, salt - to taste;

- frozen green beans - 100 g;

- sugar - 1 tbsp. l;

- sunflower oil;

- herbs to taste for decoration.

Defrost the green beans and boil in salted water. Drain the ready-made beans through a colander, let cool and cut into pieces of 1, 0-1, 5 cm. Wash the cod fillet, cut into pieces and scroll in a meat grinder (you can use a blender). Add salt, sugar, spices, soy sauce to the fish and mix thoroughly. Add the beans to the resulting fish mass and mix again. Grease the baking dish with sunflower oil and 2 tbsp slides. l. spread the fish puree. Do not make the slides too close to each other. The optimal distance between them is 3-5 cm. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake croquettes for 20 minutes. Put the finished croquettes on a dish, decorate with herbs.

Croquettes with olives

You will need:

- pike perch fillet - 500 g;

- boiled potatoes 2-3 pcs;

- onion - 1 pc;

- butter - 1 tbsp. l;

- hard cheese - 50 g;

- olives;

- egg - 1 piece;

- bread crumbs;

- salt pepper;

- sunflower oil.

Clean the onion, finely chop and fry in sunflower oil until transparent. Pass the pike perch fillet with potatoes, onions and cheese through a meat grinder. Add salt and pepper to taste. From the resulting mass we form a ball, in the center of which we place an olive. We whisk the egg from 1-2 tbsp. l. water, dip croquettes in it and roll them in bread crumbs. Fry croquettes in a large amount of sunflower oil until golden brown.
