Step 1

Take 500 grams of chicken fillet, rinse thoroughly, pat dry with a towel. Cut into pieces and scroll in a fine-grated meat grinder. Soak a slice of white bread in a quarter of a glass of milk. Squeeze out the crumb. Combine the scrolled meat with the squeezed bread crumb and scroll again. You should get a homogeneous minced meat. You can use a blender.

Add one chicken egg to the minced meat, mix.

Add a tablespoon of wheat flour, salt to taste, add a little ground chili and half a teaspoon of nutmeg. Mix well.

Fry until light golden for about three minutes. Carefully remove the finished croquettes with a slotted spoon and place on a paper napkin or towel to drain off excess fat. Similarly, prepare croquettes from all the minced chicken.

Step 6

Wash one green bell pepper, remove the seeds and cut into slices about the size of a croquet. Wash and dry 100 grams of cherry tomatoes too. On wooden skewers, string croquettes, cherry tomatoes and pieces of pepper. Serve croquettes right away while they are hot.
