It is necessary

    • 250-300 g low-fat minced meat,
    • 1 large onion
    • 30-40 g butter or margarine
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
    • some basil
    • 2 green pepper pods or 1-2 small canned cucumbers
    • 1 glass of broth
    • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of bread crumbs
    • 100 g cheese

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the minced meat. To do this, first defrost it if it was lying in the freezer. It is healthier to defrost meat at room temperature or in the refrigerator. But if you don't have enough time, use the microwave.

Step 2

Peel the head of the onion and chop it finely with a sharp knife. Heat butter or margarine in a skillet and fry the onion in it until golden brown. Add minced meat to the onion, mix everything well and fry. Fry until the meat loses its reddish color. During frying, you must constantly stir the minced meat.

Step 3

Cut the peppers or cucumbers into small strips. Add their minced meat. Put the breadcrumbs in the same pan and pour in a glass of broth. Mix everything well and fry until the meat is tender.

Step 4

Remove skillet from heat. Place the filling on a plate and cool. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Combine the chilled filling with the cheese. Your filling is ready.
