Meat roll has long become a traditional dish in Russian cuisine. It is perfect for both a casual lunch and a festive dinner. For a change, you can make a roll not from whole pieces of meat, but from minced meat. The filling can be any, but with mushrooms such a dish will look especially appetizing.
It is necessary
- - 670 g of low-fat minced pork;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 60 g bread crumbs;
- - 10 g of mustard;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper;
- - ground coriander;
- - 200 g of potatoes;
- - 40 g of cheese;
- - 3 tbsp. mayonnaise;
- - 10 g of mustard beans.
- For filling:
- - 385 g of champignons;
- - 1 onion;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 30 ml of vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, you need to mix the minced meat with salt, bread crumbs, mustard, pepper, coriander, one egg and then beat it thoroughly. Then refrigerate for 25 minutes.
Step 2
Finely chop the mushrooms, peel and chop the onion. Peel and grate the carrots.
Step 3
Fry vegetables and mushrooms in vegetable oil, salt.
Step 4
Put the minced meat on the pre-prepared foil, transfer the fried vegetables with mushrooms to the central part. Carefully lifting the foil around the edges, connect the minced meat so that you get a roll.
Step 5
Top it with grated potatoes mixed with egg and mayonnaise. Transfer the roll directly with the foil to a baking dish and place in the preheated oven for about one hour.
Step 6
Sprinkle grated cheese over the surface of the roll 25 minutes before cooking.
