Eggs with cheese in pita bread

To prepare any dish with pita bread, you need to stock up on all the necessary ingredients and, of course, ready-made pita bread, which can now be bought at any grocery store. This dish requires Armenian lavash.

For the dish you will need to take:

  • 100 g of suluguni cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 lavash
  • 2 tbsp. l. butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Place a frying pan on the stove. Take 1 tbsp. l. butter and melt on it. Gently cover the bottom of the pan with pita bread. This should be done so that the cake hangs over the sides of the pan. Drive eggs into the middle of the cake, which are well pre-washed. Season with salt and pepper. Those who love spices can add their favorites (do not get carried away). Grate suluguni cheese and cover eggs with it. Next, also gently wrap the edges of the pita bread.
  2. Fry over low heat for a few minutes (2-3). As soon as a crust appears, turn it over to the other side. This is easier to do with a spatula. Sprinkle with pita bread again. Now cover with a lid and keep under it for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Put on a dish. Cut into segments. Serve fresh vegetables, cut into pieces, with pita bread - for example, cucumbers and tomatoes.

Lavash with cheese in rolls

Lavash can be called a universal product. Many dishes are prepared from it. In cooking, it is widely used to prepare various rolls. Moreover, the filling can be varied for every taste and preference.

For the next dish you will need:

  • 100 g of any hard cheese
  • 50 g mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Armenian thin lavash
  • half a bunch of green onions
  • half a bunch of parsley
  • 3-4 tbsp. l. sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
  • vegetable oil on demand
  • a mixture of peppers to taste
  • salt to taste
  1. Hard cheese should be grated on a coarse grater, and mozzarella cheese, unlike it, should be cut into pieces. Wash the greens well, let the water drain from it and chop (cut finely enough). Combine cheese and herbs. And combine mayonnaise with sour cream. Stir and pour over the cheese with herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. You can replace the pepper with a mixture of peppers and spices - choose to your taste.
  2. Cut the prepared pita bread into rectangular pieces (about 20x15 cm). On each of the slices, from the side of the wide edge, put a couple of tablespoons of the filling of cheese and herbs. Bend the side edges, roll the pita bread with the filling into a roll. Set aside to soak for 5 minutes.
  3. Put the pan on the fire and heat it up. Pour some vegetable oil into it. Fry each roll on both sides until a beautiful crust.
  4. Serve the prepared dish with your favorite sauce.
