Step 1

Take one glass of mung bean, place it in a large saucepan. Pour ten cups of purified water over the mung bean.

Add one tablespoon of turmeric and three bay leaves to a saucepan. Bring to a boil. After boiling, cook for 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash and peel the vegetables. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
