Hazelnuts are extremely rich in vegetable oils - there are about 60% of them in its composition. The value of such substances is determined mainly by the presence of stearic, oleic and palmitic acids in them. They protect the body from harmful cholesterol and atherosclerosis, have a beneficial effect on the state of the cardiovascular system.

This composition makes hazelnuts useful for those who lack the nutrients, vitamins and minerals contained in this nut, suffer from weakened immunity, varicose veins, anemia or slagging of the body with various harmful compounds. This product has a positive effect on vision and brain function, hair, nails and teeth. That is why hazelnuts should be included in the children's diet.

There are a lot of carbohydrates in hazelnuts, so it is forbidden to include such a nut in the diet of patients with diabetes mellitus. This product is also contraindicated in chronic and severe liver diseases, atypical diathesis.

And of course, those who suffer from allergies to this product should not feast on hazelnuts. In all other cases, this delicious nut will bring great benefits to the body, especially if it is eaten regularly.
