Pies are held in high esteem in our family. I decided to tell you a recipe for a delicious and simple cake for tea. Fillings - the most varied (depending on the contents of the refrigerator). It can be fried mushrooms with onions, sausages with onions and tomatoes, just fried onions. I'll share a recipe for making cabbage pie.
It is necessary
- Dough:
- - 2/3 pack of creamy margarine,
- - 2 tbsp. flour,
- - 3 tbsp. l. sour cream.
- Filling:
- - 1/4 head of cabbage,
- - half an onion,
- - 1/2 medium-sized carrot,
- - 1/3 Art. l. tomato paste
- - salt,
- - ground black pepper to taste,
- - vegetable oil,
- - 1 egg,
- - 1/3 cup sour cream.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the dough: melt margarine, sift flour, mix flour with margarine, then add sour cream.
Knead the dough. Now you need to put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 2
Prepare the filling: finely chop the cabbage, chop the onion not very coarsely, rub the carrots on a medium grater.
Step 3
Stew vegetables in a saucepan with vegetable oil (1 tbsp. L.) And water (pour one third) until tender for 30 minutes. For 5 minutes. until ready, add salt, pepper, put tomato paste, mix well. Cool the filling.
Step 4
Knead the cooled dough, put in a mold, shaping the sides, lay out the filling, pinch gently
the edges. Beat the egg with sour cream and salt with a mixer, pour the mixture over the filling.
