Pike perch with mushrooms and sauce turns out to be very tender and extremely tasty. This dish is perfect for a festive table.

It is necessary

  • - pike perch fillet 1 kg;
  • - champignons 300-400 g;
  • - onions 2-3 pcs.;
  • - hard grated cheese 50 g;
  • - mushroom broth 50 ml;
  • - heavy cream 2-3 tbsp. spoons;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - juice of 0.5 lemon;
  • - spices for fish;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the pike perch fillet, pat dry with a paper towel. Season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, add fish spices. Leave to marinate.

Step 2

Peel the onion and chop it. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion for 3 minutes. Then add the mushrooms, simmer for 4-5 minutes. Then drain 50 ml of mushroom broth from the pan. Simmer the mushrooms for another 3-4 minutes over medium heat.

Step 3

Mix grated cheese with cream and mushroom broth. Stir well.

Step 4

Cover a baking dish with foil, put pike perch, mushrooms and onions on top. Form bumpers out of the foil so that the sauce does not leak. Pour the cooked cream cheese sauce over the fish.

Step 5

Cover the fish with foil, bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Then open the foil, cook for another 7-8 minutes.
