Step 1

Prepare the base for the cake. To do this, mix the crushed cookies with butter, put the mass on the bottom of a split form. Cover the bottom of the form with parchment. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.

Berries (you can use frozen) chop in a blender, strain through a sieve.

Mix cottage cheese, sour cream and sugar. If there are lumps in the mass, you can additionally beat it with a mixer. Divide into 2 parts. Add berry puree to one.

Step 4

Pour gelatin with cold water, let it swell. Heat gelatin over low heat, but do not boil, cool. Divide the gelatin and add one part to the curd mixture, and the other to the curd and berry mixture.

Step 5

Remove the base from the refrigerator. Pour the mixture in turn, alternating between white and berry. Thus, a pattern is formed on the cake. Put the cake in the refrigerator overnight. Remove from the mold before serving.
