We don't eat fish often, but this dish is worth preparing. Grayling fat is considered very useful.
- 4-5 pcs. medium grayling,
- 2 pcs. large onions,
- 1 PC. carrot,
- 1 parsley root
- 100 p. butter,
- 30 gr. white raisins
- 2 tbsp. good light beer,
- 1 tsp honey,
- 1 lime
- salt, freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Clean grayling, gut, wash under running cold water. Mix freshly ground pepper with salt, and rub the fish with this mixture. Put the fish in the refrigerator for salting for one hour.
Peel the onion and chop finely, wash the carrots, peel and grate, wash the parsley root, peel and chop finely. Fry all chopped vegetables in butter until brownish.
Grease the baking dish with butter. We spread half of the vegetables, prepared fish on them, and again vegetables on top. We fill everything with beer and squeeze the juice from the lime, add the washed raisins, spices and salt.
We send it to a preheated oven to 180-200 degrees for 40 minutes. Bon Appetit!
