Do you like baking delicious treats and desserts in the oven? Then I offer you another recipe for a very interesting, delicate and original dish called "Sour cream rings". I think your household will like it.
It is necessary
- - eggs - 2 pcs.;
- - margarine - 125 g;
- - sour cream - 0.5 cups;
- - wheat flour - 2 glasses;
- - sugar - 3 tablespoons;
- - soda - 0.5 teaspoon;
- - vinegar - 1 tablespoon;
- - salt - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
With the margarine, do the following: remove it from the refrigerator, put it in a deep cup and melt until smooth. This can be done either with a water bath or with a microwave oven.
Step 2
Pass the wheat flour through a sieve at least twice. Thanks to this procedure, it will be saturated with oxygen, which will further affect the dough - it will turn out to be tender and airy.
Step 3
Next, combine wheat flour with melted margarine. Add sour cream and raw eggs there. After mixing everything thoroughly, add soda to the resulting mixture, after extinguishing it with vinegar, as well as granulated sugar and a small amount of salt. In order to make the "Sour cream rings" more saturated and fragrant, at this stage of work add a packet of vanillin to this mass. Knead the dough thoroughly.
Step 4
Roll the kneaded dough into a layer on the work surface. Cut the rings out of it. To do this, you need two round shapes of different diameters. Roll the dough cut from the middle of the figures and also make rings out of it.
Step 5
Rearrange the resulting dough rings a little - this way they will look original, unusual and beautiful. Place them on a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment and bake at 180 degrees until fully cooked - they should be covered with a light golden crust. This dish can not only be baked in the oven, but also deep-fried. In any case, it turns out to be very tasty.
Step 6
Remove the finished baked goods from the oven and let cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar for extra flavor. "Sour cream rings" are ready!
